"The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make my stay special, and we're so extremely friendly, considerate, and always cheerful. I've been in Korea for 6 weeks, in 5 different cities with stays in 11 different places, and the staff at the Hotel Wooyeon Flora are the absolute best customer service team I've encountered here. Bravo, and thank you! I'll be back when I'm in Korea again. Highly recommend. "

"The Santorini Water park facilities were really clean and lovely, especially the spa area and small indoor/outdoor pool. Great for kids. The hotel has a mart, coffee shop and pizza pub on site. All were very good. However, Our room was not very clean and the facilities inside the room were very poor. "

"front desk clerk scammed me saying he would only charge be 10,000 won to upgrade to a double bed room and charged me 100,000 instead and acted confused when i confronted him on it. the room was kind of clean but the beds were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. will not be staying here again and would not recommend anybody else staying here. "

"It was a great stay, FYI for the AC you need to request the remote control. The only negative thing was the smell of the sink, we just aired the room-out . Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 all the amenities are limited. "
