"The hotel provides an excellent, free shuttle service for pickups from the Levanto Railroad Station (for new arrivals as well as for train trips to Cinque Terre villages), and for trips into Levanto for dinner. The hotel buffet breakfast (included in the price) was the best among all the hotels where we stayed, including in Germany and Barcelona, and Milan. The front desk provides good advice on Cinque Terre visits and on restaurants in town for dinner, despite having its own superior restaurant for such dinners. The hotel outdoor pool has a beautiful setting and is perfect for laps. The hotel staff provides coffee and snaks at the pool as well as on the hotel's other outdoor terraces."

"Mix up in reservation (app's fault) which was sorted out by the reception and Manish at Hotels.com. The property is beautiful with lovely views over the sea. Staff were lovely and they send a car to drop and collect you from the town centre on request which came in very handy. Breakfast was very good with a live chef station and great selection (prosecco available!). What sets this hotel apart is the simply STUNNING spa - I haven't seen such an amazing indoor pool maybe ever. Beautifully maintained and very enjoyable couple of hours just chilling. Had an amazing massage as well. Definitely would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area"

"Everything about the hotel was absolutely wonderful except when we were being checked in, they tried to give us the room without the balcony I had to ask insist, two times had to say to them that’s not what’s described in this picture as I showed him. The picture has a balcony he tried to tell me the room has a view, I didn’t like that old Hotel trick "

"We stayed one night in the Family Room. We drove from Nice to Pisa, and then back to the Liguria area for sightseeing. Hotel Vis a Vis is a beautiful location in a friendly and beautiful town. We didn’t get to explore the little town of Sestri Levante because we got to the hotel too late but we enjoyed time at the pool, poolside drinks, and an amazing dinner at the Olimpio restaurant within the hotel. It overlooks the town and has the best view. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Paula walked us around the premises and every member of staff from the bar, pool and restaurant were kind and accommodating. My children are asking when we can come again! We would definitely book here again and plan to stay longer."
