"Enjoyable stay in central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Minor negatives were white towels that smelled clean, but were discoloured and an odd smell from the bathroom - no window."

"Lovely situation, overlooking the river and with restaurants and shops in the street just behind. Staff were not very friendly - reception was very businesslike and the cleaner complained at 9.10am that we were still in the room and would not be able to come back later to clean the room! Staff at breakfast were very slow to respond to our requests. No parking outside on a busy street, so we had to drop our bags off and look for parking elsewhere, which worked reasonably well. "Vista room was perfect, if you don’t mind stairs. We loved opening the curtain in the morning to a view of colorful houses and the castle. The hosts were very friendly and offered great advise on restaurants. We’ll be back!"
