Ein kleines Häusschen außerhalb der Troubles mit allem was man zum Abschalten braucht. Der Check-In lief absolut problemlos und man wird freundlich - und das Italienisch ist gar kein Problem - sowie herzlich empfangen. Das Haus liegt ruhig mitten in der Natur, man ist aber schnell am Strand und in der Stadt. Das Areal teilt man sich ggf mit anderen Parteien und hat somit auch Gemeinschaftsfläche, wir empfanden es aber weder störend noch nachteilig.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement général du logement : calme, très verdoyant, mais peu éloigné de la ville car situé à peine à 10 min de Bosa et des supermarchés. Le logement est agréable et pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes, avec une belle terrasse donnant sur un petit jardin. A noter que la terrasse était partagée avec les propriétaires mais ils sont restés discrets et pas du tout envahissants. Alessandra est restée toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins ou problèmes. Reste que le logement mériterait un bon coup de nettoyage en profondeur. Certains éléments dont la barrière du lit en hauteur ou les moustiquaires ou même une partie du four étaient cassées mais Alessandra nous a dit qu'elle allait y remédier et on en doute pas car elle est vraiment très sympathique. Très bon séjour pour nous !

Un peu déçu par le gîte
Le logement est agréable et bien situé cependant Il y a une proximité importante avec les propriétaires, manque d'intimité. La terrasse de la location n'est pas aussi grande que ce qui est montré sur les photos.

L'endroit est appréciable pour profiter des plages autres que Bosa Marina. Petit bémol sur la tranquillité, avec la télé des voisins allumée tard le soir.

Immense espace extérieur (pinède, champ d'oliviers, grande terrasse couverte. La location est un peu rustique mais elle est tout de même bien équipée. Idéale pour les personnes qui recherchent la tranquillité : on n'entend que les cigales. En contrepartie il faut prendre la voiture et rouler 10min pour les courses, la plage...

Tolle Lage, viel Raum zum Entfalten
Das Haus ist toll gelegen, inmitten eines Pinienwäldchens und umgeben von Blumen. Haus und Grundstück lassen einem viel Platz und Gelegenheit, sich eine schöne Ecke zum Niederlassen zu finden. Man ist jedoch nicht ganz alleine, da 3 weitere Wohnungen/Häuser direkt angrenzen und man mitbekommt, wenn dort Gäste sind (jedoch in unserem Fall nicht laut oder störend). Das Haus selbst ist auch geräumig und vernünftig ausgestattet, jedoch in mancher Hinsicht in die Jahre gekommen und stellenweise sollte mal Hand angelegt und repariert/renoviert werden. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert, aber es wird ausschliesslich Italienisch gesprochen. Auch mit den leichten Mängeln ein recht gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und wegen der Lage und Nähe zum Meer empfehlenswert.

Grande spazio esterno
L'appartamento per quattro persone è un po' piccolino, ma è largamente ricompensato dallo spazio esterno: un'ampia veranda coperta con un grande tavolo, un giardino dove prendere il sole, un barbecue e addirittura una pineta interna alla proprietà. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta. Si dorme bene anche senza aria condizionata.
