"We had the most wonderful stay from beginning to end! Service was friendly and gracious. The room was beautiful. As was the onsen. And both breakfast and dinner were superb. The front desk alerted the kitchen it was my wife’s birthday the following week and they made us up a lovely little plate of dessert treats to top off our excellent kaiseki. One complaint I have is that the price of 3 years child is not added to the total price when making booking. It's not only until after paying for the reservation that I receive an email from the hotel that there is an extra charge for 3 years old child. This is totally unacceptable, I am ok for this extra charge but this should be noted in advance, not after I have paid the non-refundable...
