Getting charged $25 to check in one hour early and then having it not work and having to sit there and figure out what went wrong was annoying. The apartment overall was very loud, both internally (ac, noise from other tenants) and street noise and I live in New York City. Felt like a dorm room. Other rooms looked nicer so maybe paying for a better rrom might be worth it. Great location, easy access once it was worked out. More affordable than the nearby hotels I stay at but lacking the quiet or the amenities like a gym.

They emailed check in info, but was in spam folder (wouldn’t have mattered if it had been sent to Expedia as stated). VERY loud place to stay. It’s on a busy street, but soundproofing/insulation is bad. It was like sleeping outside.

The only thing stopping me from giving an excelent rating is the room was too hot and had to prop open a heavy window, the blower ran constantly even after turning rhe thermostat down, otherwise the room was perfect in everyway possible.
