Our apartment is located near Oak Square, in a safe suburban neighborhood just a walking distance to shops and restaurants. The location allows for the perfect work-life balance. You can jog along the scenic Charles River path, which is just 10 minutes from the apartment, grab a hot slice at Fiorella's in the Square, and enjoy the amenities that allow guests to stay undisturbed in our clean and newly renovated private rooms.

This unit features 5 bedrooms and 1 bath. The apartment building does not have an elevator and guests must walk up the stairs. We are on the first floor, but the apartment has two floors in total. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable.
The apartment is stylishly furnished with all the amenities you'd need during a comfortable stay. All our big bedrooms come with a queen-sized bed, regular rooms come with full beds, ample storage space, table-chair setup that is friendly for desktop work, thoughtfully curated decor, and large windows for natural light. This apartment was renovated just this year (2022), so all our finishes are new and updated. The kitchen includes basic appliances and tools needed for cooking, coffee and tea-making. Wifi is available to all guests and TVs are setup in all big rooms. Laundry is not available in the building. Brighton Laundry & Dry Cleaners is just a 10-min walk and is open 7 days a week.

Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.
1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform.
2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.
We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.
House Rules and Safety
* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.

* We do not allow pets.
