This property was a nightmare. We had reserved a room months in advance and paid online through expedia. When my wife and I arrived to check in I approached the front desk clerk stating that we have a reservation and need to check in. His response was "I'm sure that you do, but we dont have any room for you". He didnt even ask for a name or look anything up in the computer. I asked how they cannot have a room for us if we already paid and booked one. He responded that the only rooms they have empty have broken windows or broken TVs, and that extended stays are where people to live, and that we cant stay there. Keep in mind that we even called the afternoon prior to make sure everything was good to go with our reservation and also to let them know that we would be checking in late at night, which they told us everything was fine and good with our reservation and late check in time. I asked for a refund and he told us we need to take that up with Expedia, not him. We had an additional night booked there later in the week, so i asked if the second night we had booked would be avaliable. He said no they wont have a room for us availabe for that reservation either. *Again had no idea who we were, never even looked up our name or reservation. So, in the middle of the night we went and found a new hotel to check into. We tried for days to get a hold of a manager to issue a refund with no answer. Eventually we called directly the corporate guest services and FINALLY got a refund.

When we first checked in the room they gave us had a strong stink from stale cigarettes. We asked for a different room and the one they gave us was a bit better, but still smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We decided not to bother trying again. The room needs repairs as well. You had to lift the bathroom door to close it. The carpet in the room was nasty with stains everywhere. We kept our shoes on in the room. The bed was ok. Breakfast was only little muffins and nutrigrain bars. There was no coffee in the room so you had to go to the breakfast area to get some. It was noisy during the day with kids and people talking and yelling in the hall, but quiet at night. Not a place I would ever return to.

Room smells like stale cigarettes and a strong fragrance of trying to cover it up, not a clean smell. Bed is so old and sagged in the middle so much we could not get comfortable. Carpet stained and furniture worn out/old. Staff friendly and not their fault this place is such a dump. We came for a medical procedure and it was the only spot under $300 for the night, have previously stayed at other places in the area that were far better for less money but for some reason all sold out right now. If you can avoid this place, do.

Room was very dirty, toilet broke while stay. They did not fix the toilet until the second day of it being reported. Manager apologized and stated she will compensate one night off . During checkout the front desk clerk was rude and did not remove one night. Still fighting to get my refund for the one night the manager offered to credit me.

Very unprofessional customer service. We asked for the room assigned to us to be cleaned or changed and the lady at the front desk started cussing us out. She said we should f* off, she doesn't care about the job. I have never seen such a nasty attitude from a customer rep.

The building was old, but that wasn’t the biggest problem. The halls smelled like smoke, as we walked to our room we could hear everything going on in each room we passed. From a tv, talking, arguing/screaming, and people having sex. The room was old and unclean. Some of the people that stayed there gave off a bad vibe to the point where we felt unsafe. With left within the same hour that we checked in, the only reason we didn’t check out sooner was because I made sure to secure a different hotel. Which we were able to at a great price just not with Expedia. This was horrible.
