The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel was close to the mall and multiple places to dine. We had a great and extended the stay one more night.

It was an okay stay. The room was clean. Staff who worked in the kitchen were very pleasant. Maintenance crew responded quickly to our request to unclog the shower drain. However the WiFi was terrible. There was no connection for the majority of my stay.

Overall a very clean and cozy property. Breakfast was okay but lacked options (only one type of meal offered). It is located very close to main highways but on a sort of a backroad, not something you would expect a hotel to be at, arriving late at night you may wonder where you will end up. Despite that the immediate area was very safe.

Very good price and the rooms were spacious and clean with excellent service. I had breakfast twice and it was okay; nothing special for the price and the service was very nice. Once needs to drive a mile to get to decent dinning and the Boston suburb traffic is challenging at times. Good shopping within a mile of the hotel.
