Valet parking service was horrible - we waited almost an hour for our vehicle only to find out it was on the street a half block down the whole time. They could not find it and kept telling us they were retrieving our car. Recommend parking in the below ground public parking deck that is just around the corner.

I want to live in this hotel! Great doormen, nice staff, beautiful rooms! So comfy quiet and luxurious. Great location. Just park in the garage across the street at 225 Franklin using spot hero site.
