Shuttle driver was extremely nice and thoughtful check in person was not friendly or welcoming. Room is very clean and comfortable. Walls and windows are thin. Noisy in the hallway and outside was disrupting

The front desk was extremely helpful and nice. My only complaint is that the sidewalk needed slightly more ice melt, however this did not impact my overall experience. Great place to stay!

Overall, our stay was good. Our room was large, clean, and had a nice water view. However, the windows were not soundproof, so we could hear the noise of trucks and cars throughout the night. The HVAC system in the room was also quite loud whenever it turned on. Additionally, the TV in the living room couldn’t connect to the internet, and the drawers beneath it kept opening on their own, which was strange. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good, offering a good variety of options.

he room was neat with a nice bathroom, easy parking, and complimentary breakfast. Although the room was small, it was free of bedbugs and the bed was soft. There wasn't much to do nearby, but the most important aspect is that it’s convenient to the airport.

Everyone was super helpful when it came to questions. The room was amazing and spacious for our week stay. It was so easy to get to Boston via public transportation. If you want a convenient hotel with great service, stay here! The only thing it could improve is the pillows and a/c.. I could'nt figure out how to cool the room and the pillows could be sturdier.
