"This place is beautiful but I must warn you they have a rat 🐀 infestation. I saw many big rats eating leftovers from plates left outside guest doors. It horrified me going in out of my room. Even in broad daylight the rats 🐀 come out. Its too expensive of a hotel to have rats. I had one of the most expensive rooms a few months ago and the rats just T'd me off. The staff acts as if its normal and ok but its not. "

The beach is nice and right on the hotel front, the security makes it feel very safe to relax on. "The location of the Palma Rima is excellent and the bungalows are a good size and in nice grounds. The staff are all excellent particularly the reception staff and money exchange (safe) man (Buba Demba) and all of the security and cleaning/maintenance staff who we had most dealings with. The breakfast is not the best however with limited choice. We also never ate or drank in the hotel due to the cost. "
