"This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer. It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

The location of the room was very difficult to find because the navigation apps we used put us far away from the actual room. We luckily found a mailman who took us to the right location. "Great cottage stay in a great town! Jayne was very accommodating and 77 was just as advertised. The stairs are steep and both bedrooms are on the second floor, but they are carpeted and well lit so it wasn’t a problem for us. Really loved Lavenham, amazing history and very friendpeople. "

"Overall very nice indeed and would definitely stay again. Food was delicious but service at breakfast and dinner a little disappointing and not very well organised. TV in our room should be bigger; no low level lighting in the bathroom meaning bright light shone onto the bed if the bathroom was used in the night. "Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very clean, staff were amazing, welcoming and so helpful. Definitely recommend a stay. Facilities were great with tye gym, pool, sauna etc. Made good use of them. Room was clean and well serviced. Very happy I chose this hotel for me and my colleagues on our business trip."

"Comfortable stay once the heating kicked in. The hotel was booked in the premise that on Hotels.com showed that it had access to gym facilities. Upon arrival, it was explained this was not the case. We were greeted kindly and checked in without any issues - booking was already paid for online. Breakfast - a box breakfast was offered but was also advised we could go to breakfast at a different hotel. The hotel is unmanned from around 8pm until…well I left at 8.50am and the front doors were still locked. Would have been great to sort out invoicing issues In person. Overall, my stay was ok"
