"Had to get someone on the street to call the place to open the gate . Was given the code over the phone . No signpost to indicate it was the hotel . Looks run down and not a 5 star but a 1 star . No meals on site or a bar . I was told to go to the mall for my dinner but breakfast was offered . "

"Lovely affordable BNB stay in Kazungula. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well done. Staff is local, friendly, and hospitable! I recommend calling the Inn for driving directions because the Google Maps directions were on a more difficult untarred road. As the staff will tell you, most of the drive is on a tarred road and the end of it is untarred in good condition, I drove a 2 wheel drive vehicle with no problem. "The property was great, very clean rooms and the its just situated in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful, i got there late but they even me to order food online which was great."

"Whilst the Guesthouse is a great place and homely, there are three things that need to improve which we did not like: 1) linen was wrong size, we got a single-bed sheet on the double bed in our room + the bed cover had stains that look like blood or bodily fluids in Room 4 where we stayed. "This was a quaint hotel that is very convenient to the airport. I stayed here for one night after arriving in Maun the day before going on a safari. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was basic but clean. The TV was a little wonky (but I think it was my specific TV because the one in my parents' room was fine). I had chosen a regular room and it was comfortable enough for me. My parents' choose a river view room, but found when they arrived that the river was dry, so it was more or less just looking at a grassy area. The restaurant at the lodge was very good! It's an open air restaurant (with covered sections), so it is almost magical on a nice night. They had a fire pit lit and it was just a beautiful experience. I didn't go to the pool, but I looked at it and it seemed like a nice pool area."
