"Our stay with Charline was excellent. The property was easy to find and Charline greeted us on arrival and showed us around the chalet. It is very clean, well appointed and just like the pictures! The views from the balcony were stunning. There is plenty to do in the area - walking, cycling, swimming in lakes, visiting museums, wine-tasting, visiting a goat farm. The boulangerie, at the bottom of the road was amazing; we visited every day! Also there were supermarkets a few minutes drive...

"The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. We didn't sleep well, but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious made-to-order scrambled eggs along with fresh squeezed juice and delicious croissants and pastries, etc. The staff were truly wonderful, especially the front desk girl in the morning. She was working so hard and made us feel right at home. Thank you! "
