When we booked our room we booked a room with the mountains (4th floor). But when we got to the hotel to check in, they had upgraded other guests and we were checked into a room without a view on the first floor in the furthest corner from the mountains….. We checked with the desk the next morning to be moved and were given a room on the 4th floor (not upgrade) but did have a Mountain View. We enjoyed our visit with family in the area and a couple college basketball games.

The hotel is super nice and comfortable! Feels brand new. Fabulous room with a great view. It’s like a mini apartment. Would be great for someone that needs to stay a few days or more. It had a great kitchen and the free breakfast in the morning was really good!

The heater worked great and quickly, supply of in-room coffee and great coffee pot, very comfortable bed and pillows, fantastic shower, great work out facility, Sprouts right behind the hotel, great and helpful staff, nice iron and ironing board, fantastic breakfast. No complaints at all.

We traveled from Texas to be with our daughter when her first baby was born. The stay at this hotel was wonderful. Amazing staff, everything went so smooth. The hotel is at walking distance to so many stores. Sprouts is across the street. We grabbed what we need it to cook some of the days. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time when we will visit If I could I would give this hotel 10 stars

Parking spaces are extremely narrow very hard to get in and out of car without dinging doors. The check in time of 4:00pm is very late and makes it difficult after a long flight. Your tired and need to clean up.

Expedia realized that dates were sold out & kept substituting dates without disclosure. I caught it on 3 occasions- missed it on my 4th- the reservation. I made a reservation 2000 miles away 2 hours from the reservation start. Even though I also made an airline reservation for the correct date in the same session. I am still waiting for their virtual customer service to respond to a request for help 3.16 hours ago. Will likely be a chargeback and the last time i use Expedia. $651.00 mistake by EXPEDIA.

My son and I visit family in Colorado often and usually stay at this hotel. The young woman who assisted us at check in (Emily?) was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She provided the type of memorable service that everyone should appreciate. We would return to this hotel just to interact with her again.
