The contact information for the property on Expedia is incorrect, meaning we were unable to contact the hotel to book parking. I contacted Expedia several times and eventually got a number for the hotel, but by then the parking was full. On arrival at resort the key collection details from Expedia were totally wrong and the location for collecting the keys didn’t exist. After lots of searching I eventually got hold of the hotel (luckily I had kept the new number as the details on Expedia had still not been corrected) and was told we needed to collect the keys from another hotel completely, all of which was extremely stressful. We booked this accommodation because it said ski in/out, as I have bad knees and cannot walk in ski boots, however this accommodation was ABSOLUTELY NOT ski in/out. If you are a highly skilled expert skier then you may have been able to ski in but you had to climb 25m vertically to be in any way able to ski out. We were extremely cross about this as it meant a lot of extra walking and pain in my knees. The room was very basic, even though we had paid more to get a slightly upgraded room, there wasn’t even a kettle! We were also not given towels, but double bed linen, which the staff sorted quickly for us (the staff on reception were very friendly). The bathroom stank of urine, luckily I had taken bleach to clean. Finally the blankets in the accommodation were revolting and we did not use them (fortunately we had our own blankets from our campervan)

Three lads skiing holiday
Three of us shared an apartment that sleeps six. It was comfortable for three but six would have been a squeeze. The room was reasonably clean when we arrived and well equiped. Would have preferred a proper oven instead of just a microwave with built in grill. The room never really got warm though so plenty of blankets were needed when sleeping. The staff in the reception were really helpful. The building was always quiet at night and I would stay again.

Great location
Ski in/ out. Right beside the lift. Compact & basic accommodation but perfect ski base. Excellent bakery / grocery store below the apartment. Plus ski rental, pizza take away, wine supplies! Very uncomfortable beds were the only real downside

A refaire.
