Cosy cottage-style house in a quiet residential road, just outside town centre.

Compact and cosy cottage-style house, built circa 1890 during Bournemouth's boom as a seaside resort. This property has benefitted from a stylish modernisation throughout and offers two comfortable super-king size beds in the main upstairs bedrooms, along with a twin room downstairs enabling six guests in total.

All bedrooms are served by a single bathroom, with shower and free-standing bathtub.

The kitchen diner offers all the essential appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, and there's a washing machine too (just in case you need it). In the lounge you'll find a large smart TV that can be used to sign-in to your favourite streaming services.

Outside the house offers a private driveway for two cars and a courtyard garden with outdoor seating for the days when the sun shines. Victoria Road is a quiet residential street with easy access to central Bournemouth, Boscombe and Southbourne - all of which have beautiful sandy beaches.

The house is served by Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats, and there are a number of nearby convenience stores. Please note that the relatively steep staircases in these old houses makes them unsuitable for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.
