This is a lovely property to stay in and we’d certainly book again. A new experience, from a check in perspective, in that you don’t see anyone, but that was fine. We didn’t like booking through Expedia, however, because they have taken a dual payment. It apparently takes up to seven days for the money to be reimbursed to one’s bank account, we’re still waiting! NB. This isn’t the fault of the Cransley, I hasten to add.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Close to the beach. It was a 20 minute walk to the town centre. It was perfect for what we needed

The room looked lovely and had microwave and refrigerator. The room was dusty so I had a stuffy nose all night. Not recommended for the people who have hay fever. The response was not so good and we got check in detail in the morning of stay.

The property was lovely extremely well kept , modern and newly refurbished. Room was lovely with tea making facilities. Little bit of a problem with the entry pad that was rectified after a while.
