Beautiful Victorian

Ski, hike, hit the local pubs and breweries. Walking distance to some of the best beers in the US! Easy drive to 5 ski areas, great, safe neighborhood, Coffee machine, fridge, oven, and microwave. Cozy atmosphere. Suitable for young kids but not ideal as there are people that live upstairs and the place has breakable decorations.
The space
Hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, bowls, glasses, utensils, wine opener, pots and pans. A Keurig machine with coffee and tea is provided. Full size refrigerator and cook stove is available. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms and one in the living room. board games are available. Bathroom has a shower (no tub). Hair dryer, towels and travel size shampoos, conditioner and soap is provided. Both bedrooms have a/c in the summer. The space can accommodate 5 guests max - no more than 5 guests allowed at one time.
Guest access
We will leave the key in the door for you on the day that you check in. Parking is in the back of the house. Access to the house is through the door on the back porch. Please park towards or facing the river towards the back of the parking lot. We ask that you not park on the grass in front of the porch.

The unit has it's own firepit (on the left of the fence facing the river) by the river for guest use at all times. We do charge $25 for a wheel barrel full of wood. You can also by wood in town (Shaw's has some) for $5/bundle.
Other things to note
Use of the fire pit by the river is now available. Guests can site by the river and enjoy the scenery - if you would like to have a fire and want to purchase wood from us, just let us know!

The sitting area to the left of the driveway as you pull in, belongs to the tenant up stairs.

Please leave the key in the unit when you leave, we will take care of the garbage. Thanks!
