A newly renovated apartment with separate access is waiting for you in a small and characteristic village on Lake Como! The apartment consists of a fully furnished open kitchen in the living area with access to a sheltered terrace located on the rock. Here you can take your meal comfortably or relax on comfortable furniture and read a book.
Another window in the living area leads to a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake. On this evening, too, you can enjoy a glass of wine in peace in the evening and admire the rising moon. Due to the fantastic location, they are shielded from any street noise.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom facing the terrace and the other facing the lake, so that you can enjoy the lake view and the rising sun directly from your bed. Another sleeping possibility is in the living area.
From Carate Urio you have many excursion options. You can visit the surrounding villages and the famous villas of Lake Como, take boat trips, go hiking or climbing or just relax on the small bathing beach "Lido" by Carate Urio. This can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Beautiful vista
La Torretta is a clean, quiet and a basic IKEA- decorated apartment with a beautiful view nestled on the side of Lake Como. Petra and Luigi are great hosts and very helpful. There is not much of a town in Carate Urio but there are many towns around it.The 2 of us found the apartment comfortable enough for us but I am not sure more than 2 people would find enough seating. The balcony has an unobstructed view of the lake but that is because you have to climb 70 winding steps to get to the apartment. My feeling is that this apartment is best for the fit and fearless: fit because you have to climb 70 steps up and down and fearless because you have to drive winding, narrow mountains roads to get there. However, when you are drinking your Aperol Sprtiz overlooking the lake, it is worth it.

Great experience
Host was responsive, courteous, and professional. Unit was clean, newly renovated, and fully featured with an amazing 180 degree view of the lake with a balcony. Just keep in mind the reserved parking spot is down the street so youll have to carry your luggage over and up 2 flights of stairs.

Ganz tolles Apartment. Super Lage zwischen Cernobbio und Laglio (ja da wo Cloony seine Villa hat). Super geniale Aussicht. Sehr Sauber und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren um den See.Traghetto Station zu Fuß erreichbar und ganz Wichtig...eigener Parkplatz. Man spricht Deutsch und Italienisch. Danke Petra und ihrem Mann, Klasse!

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den See
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung bei sehr freundlichen Gastgebern verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Auf der großen Terrasse und auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man sehr gut entspannen. Ein reservierter Parkplatz gibt es auch. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Fantastisch uitzicht
Locatie is mooi maar stond niet vermeld dat je vanaf auto stuk naar appartement moet lopen en dan in appartement 70 treden de trap opmoet. En een airco zou in de zomer erg fijn zijn want ja erg warm in het appartement. Uitzicht vanaf balkon is wel fantastisch!

Traumhafte Wohnung mit mega Blick
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Carate Urio. Die Fewo war super und noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr modern und neu und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Man muss einplanen, das man viele Treppen steigen muss. Aber das ist ja generell so in den Orten am Comer See. Die Vermieter waren super nett und wir haben sofort Auskunft auf unsere Fragen bekommen. 👍👍👍

Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht, netter Umgebung und Como um die Ecke
Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz neu eingerichtet, guter Standard, deutlich über dem, was man sonst in Italien so sieht. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Der Ort selber offenbart erst bei einem Rundgang zu Fuß seine Schätze in Form von alten steinernen Gassen und schmucken bis heruntergekommenen Villen. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Höhe geeignet.

Location idéale
Tout est positif. L'appartement est beau, propre, rien ne manque. La vue sur le lac est superbe. Une place de parking est réservée aux locataires (c'est un gros plus car il est difficile de se garer à carate urio). Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont fluides et agréables. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement ++

Wir haben die Tage am Comer See in Carate Urio sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal (ruhig, mit tollem Blick auf den See, vielfältige Wandermöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung, umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar). Der Parkplatz ist in Anbetracht der Ortslage und der schmalen Straßen "Gold wert".

WONDERFULL WEEK at LAKE COMO
Wonderful week at Lake COMO. This is the second time we've been there. Nice apartment very well located. Very well equipped. Terrace, balcony. Calm. Very nice view of the lake. Owner very friendly and welcoming. Parking space. To visit: Come, Bellagio, Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello, Varenna,.. Milan is 50 minutes away.

Viel Licht und schöne Sicht
Wir waren zu viert und haben die 3 Tage in dieser wunderschön renoviert und gestalteten Wohnung genossen. Dank der vielen Fenster und Terrassentüren ist sie lichtdurchflutet, das Auto kann man nahe parken, den Lebensmittelladen und das Café/die Restaurants im Dorf kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Petra, die Hausbesitzerin, die unter der Wohnung mit ihrer Familie wohnt, hat uns bestens betreut und beraten.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft. Petra und Luigi sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die bei jedem Anliegen sofort reagiert haben. Leider mussten wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nach 2 Nächten abreisen, daher konnten wir nicht viel unternehmen.

Eine sehr schöne, moderne und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Blick vom Balkon ist spektakulär und Erholung pur! Die gemütliche Terrasse nach hinten raus bietet sich zum Essen, Spielen, Lesen, Erholen an. Der Weg zur kleinen Spiagetta ist kurz; die kleinen Gässchen total schön. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort ist okay, besser fanden wir, den Bennet-Supermarkt im nahegelegenen Cernobbio für einen Großeinkauf mit dem Auto zu nutzen. Petra und Luigi sind sehr nett, herzlich und haben uns stets mit allen Infos versorgt. Da sie direkt unten wohnen, waren die Wege kurz. Auch wenn zwischendurch ordentlich Regen herunter gekommen ist, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Danke und bis bald!

COME juillet 2021. Great appart, great location
Excellent accueil. Grand appartement neuf très bien équipé dans jolie maison bord du lac. Grande terrasse. Balcon avec vue magnifique sur le lac. Pas de vis à vis. Douceur du climat . Très calme. Place de parking. Rien ne manque. Une bouteille d'un très bon vin blanc bien frais en cadeau d'accueil. Merci Luigi

Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an total wohl
Eine super gepflegte frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung mit gigantischen Blick auf den Comer See empfing uns und bracht auf Knopfdruck Urlaubslaune. Petra und Luigi sind vorbildliche Gastgeber und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch unser Teenager war sehr begeistert. Wir kommen wieder.
