New for holidays and located just moments away from the beaches of Bembridge is Southlands - a luxury 3 bedroom holiday cottage which sleeps up to 6 people plus a baby or toddler.

This stunning accommodation offers some sea views, parking for two vehicles, WiFi and broadband, Sky TV, and an attractive lawned south facing rear garden.

Just a short stroll from the locally renowned Beach Hut café and the welcoming Crab & Lobster pub and restaurant which is open 7 days a week, the house is equipped to the highest standard with an impressive kitchen, dining area and sitting room - with some sea views across the open countryside.

The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom with king size bed has a modern ensuite with a full-size bath and large walk-in shower with digital thermostat. The second bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and wall mounted TV and the third has a bunk bed and built in storage cupboard. Both the second and third bedrooms have use of an additional ground floor shower room and wc. A cot bed is also available on request.

The large open plan kitchen-diner includes a fridge, freezer, built-in Neff oven, ceramic hob and microwave, dishwasher, Krups Nespresso coffee machine, a Sage citrus press and a wine fridge.

The spacious dining area benefits from stunning natural light due to the cathedral style floor to ceiling windows. The dining table comfortably seats six, and for those who enjoy al fresco dining there is a Weber gas barbeque on the decking area with comfortable and adjustable seating for eating and lounging. The sunny lawned garden has wooden garden furniture and far reaching views to both Culver Down and the sea.

The sitting room is situated on the upper floor and again benefits from attractive views and comfortable seating. With velux windows, a 60 inch television and a light an airy feel, it's a great place to relax during the day or evening. Adjacent to the sitting room is a handy utility room with washing machine and heated clothes dryer.

Where do I start?! The house is everything you could want from a holiday home and more! Reasons to come back: 1. The house is just fantastic. Beautifully clean, well appointed and the interiors are gorgeous. 2. It’s so dog friendly, there is even an outdoor tap with warm water for muddy paws. 3. The beds are so comfortable! You’ll not want to leave. 4. The location blew us away: the garden backs onto a riding stables so we had a lovely hack on the beach one morning. 4. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach and lovely Crab and Lobster pub. 5. There are so many lovely beach walks that you really don’t need to get in the car at all. Can’t wait to stay again! Lovely Stay in Bembridge
My husband and I spent a great week in this upscale property. Everything was well appointed and the location, right near the Coastal Path, was perfect. Very quiet and we loved the way the oversized slider doors to the deck opened and instantly cooled the place down. Bed was comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked. The host was also very communication and helpful. I’d highly recommend!
