Arborea Country Holiday House boast the convenience of a central location. A short two and a half minute drive away are the following local attractions; Bradman Museum; Bowral Golf Club; Bong Bong Race course; Centennial Winery; Corbett Gardens; Cafes; Milton Park, Bars and Restaurants.

Different from any other region of Australia, yet close to Sydney, Canberra and the South Coast. This makes the region a popular getaway with its picturesque towns steeped in history and all with their own charms.
Just one and a half hours from Sydney and Canberra, the region has numerous National Parks to explore and enjoy.

Some of the best places to experience in our region are: Illawarra Fly Tree Tops Walk; Jamberoo Water Park; Kangaroo Valley; Fitzroy Falls; Wombeyan Caves; Historical Berrima and Joadja Ghost Town.

Across the road from Arborea Country Holiday House is Stephens Park Playing fields.
This field is a lovely grassed public area overlooking Mount Gibraltar.
Take the opportunity to walk and enjoy the surrounding views and spend sometime with your loved ones. Take a cricket set, fly a kite, kick a soccer or football with the family. There is also a little park play area for the children to have many hours of outdoor fun time.

Gorgeous family weekend

Nice and big light house. We had a weekend in Bowral for a family birthday and was 13 adults and 3 young kids. Really spacious and also super cosy. We ventured out mostly in the morning and anll chilled at the property in the aeco onwards. Everyone loved.

Gorgeous property for large group

We stayed here for 4 nights for my daughter’s wedding in Bowral. We had family and friends stay with us and everyone loved the property. There were plenty of spaces for people to socialise or find a quiet spot to read and relax. Communication with Carol the host was fantastic.

Perfect!

Carol’s property was exceptionally comfortable and cosy and was everything we wanted for a weekend getaway to Bowral. The complimentary breakfast was so thoughtful and saved us the hassle of going shopping on the night of our arrival. Will be staying here again!

Great house for groups

The house was fantastic, it’s well presented and very well equipped. Carol the property manager called to advise when the house was ready for check in and also left generous touches like breakfast items for us. The house was a perfect size for our group, lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Excellent - Exceeded our expectations

We loved staying here. The beds were super comfortable. The place has everything that we needed and is beautifully decorated. As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and right at home. The apartment is quite spacious with a separate living and dining area, large bathroom with a second downstairs toilet and a nice outdoor space. It was so nice on arrival to find a well stocked cupboard and fridge with a complementary breakfast. We definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Great for a family reunion or group of friends

This lovely, large home had ample space for our extended family. Carol had thought of everything including providing some staples to start us off. It was across the road from a park, well located close to Bowral Centre. Our whole family enjoyed our catch up and we would definitely rebook again in the future.

Home away from home

Unlike so many self catering places, Arborea Apartment won't leave you missing the conveniences of home, whether it is toiletries, DVDs and games to keep the children amused or kitchen utensils and condiments. Although not a walk to town, there is a park and playground across the road which my children loved.

We loved our stay in the apartment - wish we could have stayed longer. Tasteful, homely furnishings and arrangements; immaculately clean; comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen and laundry; many, many thoughtful extras from the bottle of wine to loaves of bread, to the abundantly supplied toiletries in the bathroom. Carol was a pleasure to deal with by phone and email. Would definitely stay here again and have already Instagrammed our highlights from the lovely interior, by way of recommending it to friends.

Wow!

This property far exceeded our expectations. From Carol's attentive preparations to the fabulous classy interior design with every attention to detail - this country apartment is bang on the money. Warm cosy fire, snuggly blankets, fabulous spa bath and well stocked fridge and larder - you will want for nothing. We will be back!

A lovely place in a quiet area. Absolutely everything is provided. Nice to see a fridge filled with eggs, bacon, butter, juice and milk! In a pantry, there is a whole loaf of bread with all the condiments. Cereals, coffee, tea... everything! The decor is beautiful. Lots of space with a large living area. It is a quick drive to a town centre. We had a good sleep in comfortable beds. We will definitely be back.
