"Great location, felt spacious and quiet surrounds. Pools and tennis court were a great feature. Apartment was generally in good and clean condition and beds were comfortable. Staff support was very friendly. Parking was undercover and secure. Some small maintenance improvements to the apartment could be made; bathrooms and laundry had a one inch hard edge step up from the surrounding floor level, bathroom soap dispenser was falling off, washing machine was mouldy. "We loved our stay here. Property is older but is very clean and well appointed. Great for a family. So close to the water and the main street of town. Plenty of space and parking. We loved our stay. My only disappointment was the lack of a smart TV. Seems trivial, I know, but after a long day it’s nice to hotspot from your phone and sign into your own Netflix account. The tv was just a standard one and there was a dvd player but no dvds. "

"This appartment felt a bit rundown and quite basic. It was not expensive for Merimbula which I feel is very expensive. Considering it was out of season, I felt it was a bit too expensive. I spent 3 days on my own for work and my family joined me for the weekend. It would have been a dissappointing stay if was a major family holiday. There were a few things that should have been fixed: eg some power points didn't work, and the screen door was a bit difficult to get closed at times, the windows...

"We felt welcome as soon as we walked into reception and were greeted by Josh. He gave us a comprehensive guide to beaches and dining options around Eden which were very helpful for our stay (after not being to the Sapphire Coast for 20 years). We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was ideal for our longer stay. The suite was impeccably clean and well-maintained (better than the Wotif photos). Great location opposite the golf club, walking distance to Eden shops and more. Highly recommend! "
