If you’re looking for a vacation experience straight out of the Old West, the Rancho Deluxe Lodge is your destination! This spacious 5,100 sq. ft. home is designed for unforgettable gatherings, laughter, and fun with friends and family. Whether you're lounging at the large dining table, testing your poker face in your private "saloon," playing pool, or grilling burgers while playing horseshoes outside, memories will be made here!

Location:
Nestled in the heart of Montana’s natural beauty, the Rancho Deluxe Lodge offers access to some of the best scenery in the region. Just a 10-minute drive to Chico Hot Springs, a 1/4 mile from the Yellowstone River, and only 35 minutes from the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, you’ll be surrounded by towering views of the Absaroka-Beartooth and Gallatin Mountain ranges. Wake up to crisp mountain air, wildlife, and endless outdoor adventures.

The property spans 20+ acres, including a horse barn, seasonal stream, and 2 RV hookups (additional fee). Plus, the charming towns of Livingston and Bozeman are within easy driving distance.

The House:
Main Level-
The main level of the Rancho Deluxe Lodge offers comfort, space, and beautiful views from every window. Here you'll find:

Master Suite: Featuring a California King bed, sitting area, private bathroom, and your own outdoor deck with mountain views.
Two Guest Bedrooms: Each with a queen bed, a closet, and a vintage TV/VCR combo with a legendary VHS movie collection. These rooms share a full bathroom.
Kitchen: Spacious and fully stocked with everything you need for preparing large meals. It features a breakfast nook and island seating, perfect for gathering.
Living Room: Cozy up around the gas fireplace, watch the big game or your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV, and enjoy the natural light flooding the room.
Mini Split A/C: In the upstairs family room area to keep things cool on warmer days.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, plus extra storage and a 3/4 bath for added convenience.

Lower Level (For All the Fun):
Head downstairs for hours of entertainment:

Game Room: Enjoy ping pong, a big screen TV, and a comfy, wrap-around couch.
Fitness Area: Keep up with your workouts on the treadmill and weights.
Bedroom: A large open space with two queen beds and two sets of full-size bunk beds (with full on bottom, twin on top)—perfect for kids and friends who love sharing space.
Western "Saloon": The highlight of the home! A Cantina-style wet bar, full poker and blackjack tables, a pool table, and vintage Western decor will transport you to another time. Cowboy hats and poker chips included!

Outdoor Space:
With 20+ acres of land, there’s plenty of space to roam, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether you're grilling burgers, playing horseshoes, or just soaking in the views, this property has it all.

RV Hookups: We have two hookups for RVs (additional fee), with water and electric provided. Please note, no solid waste dump is available. RVs must be pre-approved, and the maximum number of guests still applies, including those staying in RVs.
Additional Information:
Garbage: Garbage service is not available, but a map of nearby disposal locations will be provided.
Vehicle Requirements: A vehicle is necessary to explore the area. We recommend a 4-wheel drive for best access, especially in winter or during inclement weather.
Maximum Guest Limit: We want everyone to enjoy their stay, so please respect our maximum guest limit, even with RVs added. Contact us for details on hosting an event for an extra event fee and contract.

Beautiful Mountain Retreat
The house was fabulous. It is in a beautiful location that is scenic and quiet. We really enjoyed the game room. The property managers were quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. We hope to travel back to this property again someday.

Beautiful ranch house!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! Perfect location between Bozeman and Yellowstone (the 40 minute drive to Yellowstone through Paradise Valley was stunning!). The house has a beautiful view of the mountains and great open space and entertainment options for large groups. Highly recommend!

Our family of 6 and 1 year old grandson had a marvelous time at Rancho Deluxe Lodge.The location was close to our son's wedding venue and other pre-wedding festivities at Chico and the Livingston train depot. The house is spacious and everything clean and well organized. The weather was unusually hot( high 80s-90s)and we struggled a bit with the AC when there was no breeze. The views from every angle were fantastic. My favorite spot was enjoying coffee early morning on the deck watching the horses graze and passing deer. Deena at Key Montana was great to work with and we hope to reach out to her for our next trip to see our son and new daughter-in-law.

July 2022 Family Vacation
We chose this property because of it's location and that it was spacious enough to accommodate our family of 14. The location and views were spectacular and the space worked well for us. I would probably not call it "Deluxe," it was in need of some maintenance and some more attention to detail. We all had a great time in Montana and would recommend this property.

Beautiful Spot and Home
Lovely home with amazing views. Well located for lots of activities. Lots of nice touches, games, game tables, costumes, western memorabilia. We had a wonderful time. The views are extraordinary. Loved everything....handy, beautifully build, well appointed. One consideration is there are few camp chairs for outside seating around the fire. We had family bring them, as well as a table for outside which let us really enjoy the outdoor beauty, horseshoe pit, fireplace.

Bucket List Family Vacation
We had 9 people total, 6 boys in there 20’s and us parent. This location was perfect. To travel to all activities from white water rafting, horseback riding, hikes and Yellowstone. Nothing was over 49 minutes to get to and when you arrived back it was jrhjng but peace and quiet. There were plenty of games to keep you occupied and build on family togetherness. Would highly recommend for a location as well as one of the best property mgmt teams I have dealt with..... 5 stars all the way around.

The owners/management gave plenty of great info before our arrival. We fell in love with watching the deer and prairie dogs, and meeting the sweet horses on the property. We spent our evenings playing horseshoes by the firepit, playing games in the saloon, and gazing at the clear Montana sky. The beds were all comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Adults and kids alike all want to come back!!

Great Place for Yellowstone Vacation
The home was great. Loved the views, the proximity to the locations we planned to explore. The master suite was remarkable. We were all a little disappointed when we got there and there wasn’t a central air conditioning unit as we arrived in the middle of a heat wave but I take responsibility for that for not looking into it. I stayed a couple of hours south a few years ago and they had a/c so I didn’t think to find out. But honestly, after I spoke to the property manager, she explained show to maximize the breeze at night which was wonderful except for those with allergies. Lol. I personally loved it and would love to stay again.

Rancho Deluxe Review
This is a large ranch style home that holds people very well. Having a family room upstairs, downstairs, and a saloon game room with poker tables and a pool table was great. Plenty of bathrooms for all. We celebrated thanksgiving here and the kitchen had all that we needed. Mind the one oven. Wifi worked great. The views spectacular! The only complaint is the lighting. There is no lighting upstairs in the family room making night time evening hangout difficult and the TV remotes were very challenging to use and understand despite multiple adults troubleshooting. We had a nice stay and the place suited us well for our needs

Wonderful and relaxing getaway

The Lodge was large, clean, wonderfully decorated, well maintained, and full of recreational activities. We had a great time using the saloon area, playing pool, poker, cards, and blackjack. They even have an indoor ping pong table and corn-hole. There were a lot of card games, Jenga, and other table games to keep the entire family busy. Also downstairs is a large TV room with fitness equipment and a huge comfy couch to watch TV. There’s a door to the yard downstairs with access to horseshoes, fire pit, and barbeque area. There were plenty of VHS and DVDs available as well as video streaming and cable. We really liked how the home was decorated. It was open, clean, and spacious. There were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, bags, etc to meet our needs for an entire week. We thought the local Huckleberry soap was a very nice touch. The wood paneling, natural wood tables, and unique animal fixtures and décor gave it a very elegant resort-like feeling. I liked the cozy chair next to the window where I watched the lightening shows. The manager provided quite a bit of information via email before we arrived, and there was a booklet with information when we arrived. It’s only 15-20 minutes from Livingston and 25 minutes from Gardiner and the North Entrance to Yellowstone Park. We found the North Entrance to be the best area to enter the park, and the town Gardiner is a great place to shop, walk around, and eat alongside the river. Activities in the area in the summer include rafting, hunting, fishing, site seeing, Yellowstone, hiking, grizzly encounter, ATV, hot springs, horseback riding, and even zip lining. Chico Hot Springs was just down the street and was a GREAT place to go ride horses and lounge in the hot springs. We fell in love with Montana, Paradise Valley, and this hom

We were surrounded by great views of the mountains and Paradise Valley. The house is comfy and there is lot to do.
