Stunning Bradenton Beach getaway located on Anna Maria Island. Your paradise is located on picturesque Sarasota bay directly across from historic Cortez Village with beautiful sunrise views from your kitchen, café, dining, living rooms and private rooftop deck.

This paradise retreat has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. You will find two master suites with king size beds, private full bathrooms and walk-in closets. An additional bedroom with two twin size beds, spacious closet and separate full bath. Luxury sheets and towels provided.

Cook to your hearts content. Whether you’re grilling or cooking, our fully stocked kitchen and propane grill has all the conveniences of home making meal time easy and convenient.

There is private covered parking, although once you park, you may never want to leave. Historic Bridge Street with restaurants, activities, fishing pier and boutique shopping are just around the corner. Hop on the free Anna Maria trolley. Sit back, relax, enjoy the view and leave the driving and parking to someone else. Hop on and off as often as you like. Several trolleys loop the island from Coquina Beach on the southern tip in Bradenton Beach up to the City Pier in the City of Anna Maria on the northern end of the island on a daily basis. The trolleys also run on most holidays.

Find tranquility at the beach with powdery sand and crystal turquoise waters, which are only a stone’s throw away. Rejuvenate in our supplied beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas or collect sea shells and watch the manatee, dolphin, and shorebirds. Complete your day with breathtaking sunsets and moonlit strolls.

Enjoy fishing on the dock while you dangle your toes in the water.

The private rooftop deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails with temperate breezes and an amazing panoramic view.

Great place!

This was a great location and the condo was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable which is super important and very hard to find. Jim was an excellent host and all the beach supplies were available. Would definitely stay here again!

The Best News Years Trip

We loved our stay here. Location was perfect. 1 min walk to beach, gorgeous views on the bay. Loved all the decks. Quick 8 min walk to the village with all the restaurants, candy shops, pier, bars. It was perfect for our family of 4 and grandparents. Jim was an amazing host. Communicated very well, asked several times if we needed anything else. Easy check out instructions and always replied to my emails within a day. We cant wait to rebook with them this summer.

Perfect spot for your family!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the quieter side of the bay and the views are incredible! We had some travel issues due to weather - the communication with Kimber during that process helped put us and our girls at ease. She was wonderful to deal with - super accommodating. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect location

The space was a perfect size for the 5 of us. Great amenities- bed and pillows were very comfortable! Enough chairs and umbrellas too. Great views of the bay, easy walk to the beach and such a quick ride to Bridge Street! Local driver picks you up for free and takes you to restaurants or locations near by. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Views of the Bay

My husband and I loved this condo and the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the beach and to the shops in the historical district it is full of shops/live music and wonderful cuisine. The condo smelled great, and it was very clean and comfortable. The owners provided everything you need for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend staying here. The views of the bay are amazing! Bradenton Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. They thought of everything. All you really need is your clothes and body wash. The place was very clean. We have no complaints. Everything was just like in the photos. We will be hopefully staying here again in the near future.

Highly recommend this property! My family of 6 had a great time! The communication with Kimber the property manager was excellent! The place was exceptionally clean and stocked with essentials. It was a perfect fit for our family with children ranging in age from 10-21. The views of the bay were stunning and the short walk to the beach was so convenient!! Would definitely go back!

Beautiful Views

This was the perfect get away for or family. Beautiful views all around. The private dock was perfect for fishing day and night. Location a short stroll to the beach, walking distance to the pier with shops and restaurants. Condo had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean and even had fishing gear and beach essentials for use. If we get vacation in Florida again we would love to stay here again!

This condo is amazing...the views of the bay are spectacular for sunrises and just a short walk to the beach is the sunset....couldn't ask for a more perfect spot! The owner and manager are great to communicate with...the space was great for 3 couples to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Easy walk or bike ride to restaurants, ice cream and shopping...best part of the Island to stay. Would stay here again!

So pleasantly unexpected - very quiet road, comfortable, immaculate, spacious bright and well appointed. Turnkey the condo was fully stocked and ready to go - small kitchen but day access to so many great restaurants - especially loved the private baths for every bedroom! First time on AMI. Our location was ideal, the beach only steps away was clean, soft white powder! Warm water and a long sand bar out to walk and enjoy. Each beach a little different and delighted with the shark teeth we found! Nice assortment of restaurants all close by. Very friendly people we encountered made our vacation that much better. Our accommodation was great. The host thought of everything we might need. The beach cart was a huge plus.

Perfect Stay on the Bay

Couldn’t have picked a better property for our family. The LOCATION was perfect! We enjoyed the quieter side of the bay with panoramic views from the condo, but just a 2 min walk to the gulf. The beach was amazing, and even though we visited during Spring Break, this section of the beach was not crowded. Also walking distance to Bridge Street with restaurants and shopping. I would also suggest traveling south to Longboat Key to enjoy some of the restaurants there as well. We had an excellent dinner at Shore. The owners have you well equipped with all the essentials for your stay. We will definitely be back the next time we travel to the area.
