We are pleased to announce that our Beach House beachfront condo is open! We didn't have any damage to our unit from the recent storms. We are grateful for the concern expressed and we wish a speedy recovery to anyone who was affected. The spa equipment was on backorder after the storm and should be opened soon.

A Beach Dream #4 ~ Location, Location, location is what this dreamy, newly refreshed, beach-front bungalow style condo is all about! Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and gulf breezes with a coffee in hand. Literally within steps you will be able to sink your toes into the sugary sands of the Gulf and watch the dolphins splash in the water at sunset. This is the perfect island getaway destination! Walk to nearby local shops and restaurants on Bridge Street and enjoy the Beach Café for breakfast, lunch and dinner located right next door!

A Beach Dream #4 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located on the glistening Gulf of Bradenton Beach. This hidden gem is the most ideal vacation rental for a couple or small group of 4 that you can call home while here. Step inside with a modern style kitchen nestled next to the living space that features a mounted flat panel tv for relaxation after a full day of sun. Barstools along the fresh new quartz counter tops for easy morning breakfasts and stainless-steel appliances with coastal cabinetry give a modern flow to the space. The bedroom boasts a new king size bed, large flat screen TV and a full tub/shower combo. After soaking up the legendary sunsets, make way to the communal jacuzzi with therapeutic jets, your muscles will thank you later.

Need a break from the beach? Then hop on the island trolley and cruise on down to the North End or cast a line on the AMI City Pier. Rent a golf cart, grab a gourmet doughnut and coffee, pick up some timeless treasures at a local boutique, and live the island lifestyle on your well-deserved beach getaway. Come and experience “A Beach Dream #4!”

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use. Beach House also offers lounge chairs for guest use. They need to be returned to their storage location after each use.

This condo was beautifully updated and so clean. Access to the beach was right out the front door and wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked, providing beach chairs and an umbrella was very much appreciated. The condo had a very cozy welcoming vibe and it was perfect for two people. I will definitely book this property again.

The only complaint I have is the pool was more like a kiddie pool/hot tub. As far as parking, if you are not within walking distance, you have to pay to park.

We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach or the 1/2 mile walk to bridge street. An additional mirror beyond just the bathroom would have been nice and some storage bins in the bedroom would be super useful. Overall we had a great stay and can’t wait to come back!

Cozy place to stay on the beach for vacation. Bed was comfortable, place was clean, quiet. Was so nice to walk out and be on the beach. Location close to restaurants, walking distance to bridge street (think that’s the name). Trolley pick up location in front of property.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was is an amazing location with the beach at your fingertips and walkable restaurants all around. I only moved the car once for a quick jaunt to Publix and that's it. Would recommend to friends and family.

Perfect getaway
