"I loved how clean and modern it was, room was in excellent condition. The only downside was in check in on line, we had booked an executive room with breakfast all included in the price. But when we went to check in it asked us to upgrade to breakfast for an extra £14 each ( it was already included) also for an extra amount as well we could do a late checkout but when i went to the desk the excutive room already has this included in the price. We could have ended up paying more for what was already covered. "

"I can not rate this hotel and my stay enough. I do a lot of travelling with work and stay at a lot of hotels - including the Malmaison in Manchester Deansgate only a few weeks ago. The hotel is ideally situated close to the train station and at the heart of the city so walking around and getting connection is very easy. The hotel is pleasant and to a good decent standard but what really sets this hotel apart is the fantastic hotel staff who are exceptional. Bringing that Leeds and West Yorkshire warmth to their service, you feel at ease and right at home, as only you can get in West Yorkshire. It really sets this hotel apart from being just another stay in any hotel, so one where you really feel welcomed to the city with a fantastic stay and comfortable bed too. Oh and the food & drink are exceptional!! So so good. Way surpass the usual dross or standards fare you get in some hotels so much so that we ate there every day and other mates came and joined us and loved it as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend and most definitely stay again! "Stayex for one night to attend an event- checked in online in advance, arrived a little early so our room was not ready, however, the hotel saved our bag and we went to sit in the bar which wS supposed to open at 2pm. However, we waited and the bar did not open so we went next door and when we turned up at 3 pm there was a big queue. We collected our key and bag and went to our room, which was lovely and big, with a big bathroom including a bath and shower over the bath. No complaints, we did not have breakfast as we thought it was too expensive, £36 for both of us on a discount, so cannot comment on the food. "

"Have stayed at the park plaza many times and put many touring artists up there. It's very convenient for the station and the staff are lovely. The decor is beginning to look a bit tired and there's a lot of construction outside at the moment (hence tiny marks down on one or two areas). All in all, a great hotel with stunning views. It's great value and right by the station. "
