Great spot for a business trip to the area

Staff were some of the nicest staff i have experienced, from reception to the bar and restaurant. Excellent access to the local area, and room had a good desk to complete my daly reports.

The hotel staff and welcome was amazing. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Food at breakfast and main restaurant was exceptional. However the room decor could do with a bit of updating and a revamp.

Nice but not great.

Nice place but quite small and basic. They’ve gone for a shabby chic look but it looks a bit worn in places. Our room for a family of 4 was very small. Also it’s a dog friendly hotel which I hadn’t realised.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with stylish touches that made us feel right at home. An excellent hotel for a trip to Bradford on Avon. The food was good and service excellent. Bradford is in easy reach and the hotel is on a bus route to Bath and Bradford. A canal trip is enjoyable. One word of caution: the entrance is on a sharp bend with not the best visibility (from Bradford), so take care.

Highly Recommended

Booked in for one night with my wife and our dog. We will definitely come and stay again. The hotel is very dog friendly (sausage for breakfast!), and there are plenty of good dog walks from the hotel. The indoor pool was lovely and the bed very comfortable. An excellent selection of local gin on offer too. The staff were great.

Loved every minute. We wanted to stay another night, but they were full up. Marley, our server and bartender was charming and knowledgeable. He gave us a tutorial on gin, since they had 200 different kinds in the bar. We ended up having a few gin drinks and thoroughly enjoyed them. Dinner was lovely and there was also complimentary full breakfast.
