The flat was located just on the outskirts of the City Center, which made it very quiet, but also easy and very accessible to the town, sites and restaurants. The mattress was very comfortable, which is a BIG deal when traveling. Overall, a great value for the money! "

"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"The Reservoir View properties are all luxurious, beautifully styled and very comfortable, with all essential items provided. The Welcome Box contained lots of treats. A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy)."
