"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"Lovely spacious villa with plenty of room for 10-12 people, and lots of dining and sitting space inside, and outdoor space. It was very warm during our stay, and as the villa doesn't have air conditioning it did get warm inside. Some more fans would be useful, as opening windows does increase outside noise. "This is the second time we stayed at this property, whenever we are in Braga it is the only hotel we frequent. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is in a perfect location, most sites are within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants to choose from. The room is small, but extremely comfortable. The breakfast options are tasty. I would strongly recommend this hotel. "
