This property deff needs some upgrades, pools waterpark was dirty. Also dont like the fact when hotel is filled dont allow outside people in for day passes. Close it off to public. Paid $500 for 2 rooms on a Saturday and they were still letting people in with day passes.

The water park is not what the pictures showed. Missing the kiddie section with the jungle gym and kiddie slide. Black mold in the pool locker rooms. The heater in the room either didnt stop running or wouldnt turn on. Dining options in hotel were expensive. The breakfast buffet was good but pretty standard now days. We will not be visiting again

The property as a whole could use a fresh coat of paint and the steps leading to the slide were very rusty, however it was a great time overall. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will be back

Overall, it was a great stay. We stayed for New Year’s Eve, so knew it could be busy and loud…and it was. Was able to deal with the craziness at midnight as it was to be expected. The waterpark was great and we enjoyed our meals from the snack shack. The continental breakfast unfortunately missed the mark. Muffins were ice cold, long line for the one waffle maker, orange juice was very watery, and not a lot of a selection available. The only positives were the scrambled eggs and plentiful seating. I feel they just were not prepared for the amount of people. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

I booked a party room for my son’s birthday party. When we arrived no one was helpful as far as where my party room was, who to talk to…nothing! On top of it I was being charged $300 for the party room/food (6 pizzas and 6 pitchers of pop). When I called 3 months prior to schedule this outrageous fee was never explained to me. They told me I would only be paying for the party room ($25 per hour) and $16 per pizza and $6 per pitcher So we had 2 hours in the room = $50 6 pizzas at $16 =$96 6 pitchers at $6=$36 Total $182 They wanted to charge me $50 for the room and $10 person we invited.So $350 for 25 people and that would include the 6 pizzas and 6 pitchers. Luckily the sweetest employee understood my frustration and that it wasn’t explained to me and refunded the $300. My final charge was what I was told at $182. When it came to getting our food however they said it would be delivered to the room along with the pitchers. The pizzas were there but no pitchers! I had to go get those myself. I’ve worked food service and customer service and I was not expected to be waited on hand and foot but I did expect to have it not be such a stressful day. It’s as if no one communicates anything amongst employees, no one knows what they are doing and no one was helpful. I will not be having another party at this hotel.

I love this place, I had been there a few times when my daughters were younger and this time brought my new family of 5. It's clean, quiet, spacious, tastefully decorated rooms, and has a fun, cleverly designed indoor waterpark with an amazing indoor/outdoor hot tub that is wonderfully heavenly. You feel like you are far away in an artic oasis. My entire family enjoyed our stay! We will be back.
