"We stayed here the day after an all night flight before a cruise the following day. There was no bell service and the halls are carpeted and nearly impossible to drag luggage across. "We had apartment 4, nice big apartment, comfortable. Cleaning standards could've some improvements! Plenty of bath towels. TV was not working and we couldn't figure it out. When the fire / smoke alarm went crazy, we called them management and they were great and arranged the maintenance guy to come to sort out the issue. "We were very lucky with the weather which helps but we love the area as there is always something to do. The cottage was spotless and has all amenities (apart from washing machine no space ) and there was a very nice cake awaiting us as well as tea ,coffee and milk . Parking was fine on quiet street and the garden is a delight. The owner kindly reminded us about the steep stairs but we managed as we did with downstairs bathroom. Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay in New Forest."

"We stayed for 4 nights in September and can definitely give Kim and Nigel’s cottage 5 stars. Communication was brilliant and we had been left some wonderful supplies to get us started. The location next to Ellingham Church is very peaceful and the cottage is finished to a very high standard. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this property."

"I really enjoyed having an apartment for 2 nights. Able to cook dinners and breakfast. Comfortable bed and facilities were all good. I had room 7 at the front. The road noise was noticeable but I wear ear plugs for sleeping and so did not bother me. The Venetian blinds do not completely block out light and I did feel that people could see in with lights on.
