We had issues with wifi and front desk didnt seem to want to fix problem. They had all kinds of excuses when you asked about it. New owners had taken over and it looked like renos were ongoing. Have stayed here in the past but would not stay here again. Extremely disappointed.

Good thing is there were 3 security guards roaming the halls. Bad thing is the environment in and around the hotel made them needed. Litter outside the front door and on the foyer floor. People sitting and lying on the ground outside made it feel unsafe.

Room was very dirty. The bathroom was not clean. Dirty sheets on bed. Hallway floors not vacuumed. Repair desperately needed in a number of places. Door would not close in bathroom located at the entrance. Another door was duck taped. Lots of noise during the night at back of hotel. On a positive note. Staff was friendly
