"Not Handicap accessible, all rooms are upstairs, bar and restaurant was not open, spa and pool were not heated, bed and mattress were from 1965. Other family where told they would get a refund after not being able to do the stairs, and had to pay for another place out of town during a family reunion."

"The location is beautiful for exploring the Sacramento river. The house is older, however we enjoyed our stay and loved the river views."
