I was there for an international conference, and had a double room suite. This was a very good hotel in many respects. However, it was disappointing that basic amenities like a coffee maker (or hot water kettle), mugs, creamer, sugar etc. were absent from the room. These, and a microwave oven, are what we would normally expect to see in a suite - at least in other countries. I was also sorry that it was not close to the city. The grounds were beautiful, and the peacocks were a treat.

Tudo foi otimo mas a comida do restaurante era terrivel. Precisam rever urgente. Pedi um penne ao molho pesto que nao era penne nema pessoa que fez nunca comeu um molho pesto na vida. O staff é mto gentil mas esta sobrecarregado para o volume de hospedes... O cafe da manhã parece uma piada perto do Golden Tulip. Eu duvido alguem dar conte de comer a pedra que eles dizem que é enroladinho de queijo... Comida realmente nojenta.

Bom hotel, amplo, bem localizado. Alguns inconvenientes: O ar condicionado estava em manutenção por 2 dias e a recepção não informou no checkin. Não havia copo de vidro, talher ou prato no quarto e quando fui solicitar, negaram. Diversas vezes solicitei a arrumação do quarto na recepção e demoravam ou não enviavam o pessoal, e eu tinha que ligar novamente. Sofás na área externa sem iluminação.

Limpeza precisa melhorar muito. Teias de aranha e muita formiga nos cantos das paredes. Meu quarto foi o 2080 torre B. Infiltraçoes no teto do box do banheiro, um hotel desse nivel não pode ter esse descuidado.

Suite em estado de conservação duvidoso

O atendimento foi muito bom. Porém o quarto... paredes mofadas. Móveis com estado de conservação ruim. Ar condicionado que funciona quando quer. A sensação foi que não reservei o quarto mais caro do hotel, e sim um quarto qualquer em um hotem em beira de estrada. Chuveiro totalmente sem manutenção, água mal direcionada. Colocaram uma cama de solteiro que não pedimos. Suite com claros desníveis no piso. Cordinas com buracos, luminárias bambas, quase caindo.

Serviço de restaurante péssimo!

O hotel até seria condizente com um 4 estrelas, todavia, o serviço de restaurante é péssimo. Imagino que por ser terceirizado, ao contrário do Royal. O café da manhã é muito ruim, sem opções e sem qualidade. À noite a mesma coisa, serviço de quarto (alimentação) péssimo e sem variedade. Apenas duas opções de alimentação (canja ou sanduíche). O grupo deveria avaliar ser o responsável pelo restaurante, pois, realmente o serviço de restaurante oferecido é o mesmo de um hotel zero estrelas, é muito ruim.
