- das Sofa müsste neu. Ist aufgerissen, durchgesessen, schmuddelig und insich schief- der Abfluß im kaputten Waschbecken war nicht sauber- Backofen war nicht sauber- Kaffeemaschine läuft bei 8 Tassen aus- ein paar mehr Tassen wären schön- unklare Angabe über Checkout Zeit (10 Uhr im Vermieterinfo, 11 Uhr bei FeWo)- Ansonsten schöne Wohnung, gute Lage und tolle Beschreibung- Pizzeria im Erdgeschoß ist sehr zu empfehlen- Gute Parkmöglichkeit

Wohnung verkehrstechnisch und einkaufstechnisch gut gelegen mit Öffis auch sehr gut zu erreichen erreichen. Gut geschnittene Wohnung, Doppelbett Madratze gut, aber Unterbau mit knarzen. Andere Betten gut. Sehr praktisch für Wochenendaufenthalt.
