When I rang reception and requested a regular room, they only had a 2 bedroom apartment available so we took it and it was an amazing room. Spacious, well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. Well worth the extra $$ if 2 families were sharing. Reception staff were very friendly. Check-out was simple and quick."

"Such a cute , clean, comfortable ( especially the bed !!!) little cottage. Perfect for me and my fur ( toy poodle) baby. Beautiful safe, green and enclosed garden with a pond.We will definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.Thank you "

"We stayed with our pet dog, so the facilities in the rear garden were perfect for our dog to make full use of the space. The garden was also a very nice space to sit in either in the morning with a coffee or late arvo with a glass of wine. The stone cottage helped create a nice atmosphere while visiting Berrima. A helpful hint for future guests is for some small mainteneance on the two steel queen beds in each room that made quite loud squeaky noices with the slightest of movement."

"The property is nice and the house is very very clean. The kitchen is great with everything we needed to cook all meals. House worked well for large adult family with separate accommodation in the granny flat. Lovely firm beds with electric blankets. Only problem was the portable cot did not work so check before staying if needed. Otherwise excellent accommodation."

"The accomodation was well presented with a good selection of furniture and very clean. A modern on suite bathroom and a decorated enclosed yard made for a comfortable few days. Nice quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the town. Recommended "

"It was absolutely amazing clean and quiet the views and bush walking was beautiful you can sit by the water it is breathtaking views "

"The house itself was lovely and very clean inside but the location was at the rear of a retail shop front and the front of the house faced the rear car park. It was also meters to the railway line and the goods trains came through every half an hour during the night and could easily be heard from the bedrooms."

"Beautiful cottage the perfect size for 2 adults and a child. Surrounded by birdlife and a glorious garden it was a peaceful sanctuary for us. "

"The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the decor warm and inviting, (I particularly enjoyed hanging out in the guest lounge). Nice, quiet location and fresh air in comparison to Sydney. The food was generous and fresh, and chefs and waitresses were also kind and friendly. Was easy to connect to wifi, but we kept getting 'unsafe connection' notifications to otherwise safe websites which was a bit annoying. Other than that and some drunk people and bottles left outside, we really enjoyed our stay."
