"We had a great stay in the unit. It is a small studio as described , but had everything we needed- comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. It is in a prime location, just a few steps away from Main Street and Breck connect gondola. Owner Ned is very responsive, easy to communicate. "The building is in a great location and close to everything. The room was fine - could use some TLC with paint and moldings. The room was over 90 degrees when I checked in so I opened windows to cool the room which worked. When I left to go skiing for the day I closed the windows because the room is on the first floor and when I got back the room was over 90 degrees again. The other problem is that the room is right on the street and when the street sweeper goes by a plume of dust comes right in...
