Great value, very good standard

We had a 4 bed family room, and it was very clean, modern and comfortable. While the room was not spacey, it is a super value for the price, and we enjoyed it very much.

Great one night stop

One night passning through. A 30 minute walk to city center. The Hotel is quite near the river and a gew restaurants nearby. Comfortable room. Parking in garage for extra charge

We stayed for one night with 2 children age 5 and 10. The room was as expected. Nice and friendly staff and overall very clean. We had breakfast wich was a bit disappointing.

Very clean and good family room, may a bit compact. Easy transport(tram) or walkable into the City. Just car parking was free, but outside opposite car park. Thought it was under the hotel parking for small charge only complaint.

Decent hotel not very far from the city centre

Decent hotel about four or give tram stops from the city center (7-8 minuts). Small but modern rooms with excellent beds. Easy to check in and out (online at the hotel). Since we booked our stay through Hotels.com we did not have a B&B booking so we had to check in manually face-to-face - worked very fine. Parking basement 7 € per night. Access by use of the same code that opens your room door (no cards or keys). At the entrance to the parking basement a text asks you to check in before driving in. We did not try the breakfast. I would love to stay at the hotel another time.

First of all, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. The hotel is the first I've seen that operates a code system for the rooms. The first room we tried to check-in to, the code did not work. We went to reception and they gave us another code, which also did not work. No matter, they switched us to another room. This time the code did work, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains. You needed to keep the bathroom door shut or the whole room would smell bad. The room was small but adequate, comfortable bed. I also paid for use of the underground parking. This is another code. It worked the first time, no problem. However, after we used the car the next day to visit Hamburg. We returned late in the evening with the car and the code to enter the car park no longer worked. The reception was closed and there is no number to call. There does not seem to be any way of contacting the hotel management when the reception is closed, which is concerning if your room code suddenly stops working. We could not access the car park and had to park some distance away on the street and walk back to the hotel in the pouring rain. The next morning, I went to the front desk to complain about the parking code the night before, I was told to email the hotel to ask for a refund of the parking charge. I did this immediately and more than a week later, have not received any reply or refund. Very disappointing and I would hesitate to stay at another B&B hotel.

Nice breakfast. We had a water leak in our room. We got offered another room but we couldn't get a new room for the hole family. This brings the experience down a bit but otherwise we like our stay. Good location with parking possibility.

Quick check-in. Garage in basement with lift nearby which made it easy to bring our 2 cats in their carrier straight to the room. No keycards, but a pincode which is easy. Comfortable beds and enough towels for everyone. Breakfast was very simple.
