HOME AWAY FROM HOME
This beautiful 2900+ sq ft lakefront get-a-way is waiting for you, complete with 6 kayaks (this includes one 2 person kayak and 1 fishing kayak), 2 stand-up boards, a paddle boat, and a hot tub room overlooking the lake, with a gorgeous view of the Olympic Mountains and the sunset for you and your guests!

The house has central heating and air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Easy access parking in the driveway and on-street.

Kitsap Lake is a yearly stocked, year round fishing lake with a Washington fishing license. There are fishing poles and tackle available if you choose to go fishing. Fish from a kayak or from the dock. Outside games included are Badmitten, Cornhole, and Lawn Darts. After a day of fishing or playing in the lake, relax at the fire pit area and roast marshmellows.

There is plenty of room for everyone to relax. Upstairs, There is a large living area that sits 7+ people, with a 2-sided fireplace, wonderfully warm during the winter months. Watch your favorite show or a movie from our movie library on the large smart TV.

In the summer, open the french patio door and live large on the huge wrap-around deck facing Kitsap Lake, and watch the beautiful sunsets over the Olympic Mountains. There are two patio tables that seats 10 and a barbeque to cook your favorite foods.

Enjoy the large, well stocked Kitchen, that includes a crockpot, blender, kettle, baking pans, turkey pan, serving dishes, platter, spices, and condiments. This kitchen has ALL the amenities.

Master Bedroom has a comfortable memory foam California King bed, full Master Bathroom, 2 large closets, and your very own sunset views from the patio door that opens to the deck.

Across the hall is another bedroom with comfortable, memory foam double size bunk beds, as well as a full guest bathroom upstairs. There are two Full-size air mattresses with sheets and blankets available as well.

The lower level has another large living space for watching movies on a large smart TV or playing games, which also includes an electric fireplace. Located in the closet of this room are puzzles and games for your enjoyment. For the avid readers, there are plenty of books appropriate for kids and adults. From this room you can open the door to access the downstairs patio, inclosed hot tub room, in addition to accessing the lake.

There are two more very spacious bedrooms downstairs with comfortable, memory foam king beds and a full guest bathroom.

All paintings hung on the walls are by a local artist named Roy Carr. All paintings are for sale with prices posted. If you are interested in purchasing a painting please contact Tony, and he will make arrangements for the sale.

There are many attractions in the area. The house is 10 minutes away from the Bremerton Ferry Terminal. To take your car across to Seattle on the ferry, it is a 1 hour ferry ride. If taking the foot ferry, it is a 30 minute ride.

Wonderful! Great experience!
House is great! We really enjoyed the lake. The owner is so nice and showed us where everything was when we arrrived. Our 5 yr old granddaughter said will we ever come back. Teenagers loved paddleboarding and the little ones loved the pedal boat and we all loved kayaking

Great Property to gather
Property was exactly as we expected. Lake and sunrise beautiful! House could use a good deep clean... some cobwebs throughout, stairs on carpet needs a steaming. Home was fully stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of towels, etc.

Fun at the lake
This lovely lakefront property is a dream for children and adults with large comfortable sleeping arrangements and multiple watercraft. We enjoyed eating on the deck and playing lawn games dockside after a dip in the warm refreshing lake water. We look forward to coming back nex year.

Lake House Retreat
Home away from home on a lake with a hot tub! Watch the Olympic mountains in the distance with an Eagle soaring above. This house is spacious, clean and stocked well. The owners are friendly and you can do as little or much as you want. Having kyacks, a peddle boat and paddle boards available on site with oars is excellent too!

Great Trip to Washington
Our stay was fantastic. The home had everything we could want from a lake front home. We had 9 people in our party and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. The owner, Tony, was amazing and very responsive. No detail was lacking in this home. Plenty of kayaks, paddle boards and a paddle boat to explore the beautiful Kitsap Lake and Olympic National Park. Perfect Getaway on the lake!
We had a great time - the house was clean, well appointed, large enough for 3 couples, and more. The owner, Tony, was accommodating and easy to reach. The lake is on the smaller side, but beautiful, and it was fun to look at all of the lake houses from our boat! The neighborhood is just wonderful as well as neighbors we came across. We would definitely live here. Good value for all of the amenities. Two thumbs up!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Location, Fantastic Owners
This home is beautiful. The location on Kitsap Lake with the backdrop of the mountains is gorgeous. We were close enough for shopping, the ferry to Seattle, and big city activities with all of the wonders of nature - the lake, hiking trails, and many quiet sunsets on the patio. Tony improves the experience with suggestions on things to do and providing the paddle boards, kayaks, peddle boat (my kids loved!), yard games, and all the basics (coffee, seasonings/oil, soaps) to get you started for a great vacation. Book it!

Family fun
Tony's rental is fantastic, more like a home. The house has everything one could want. It was clean, comfortable with many amenities. The kitchen had all sorts of appliances, kitchen utensils and condiments. The grandkids loved using the kayaks and paddle boards. We even had a good size hot tub. We ate meals out on the deck, using the gas grill that overlooks the lake. If we had any questions, Tony was only a phone call away. All and all, it is a fantastic rental. We had a wonderful time!

Tony has been wonderful to work with. We had originally booked his beautiful home for New Years 2022 but COVID wrecked havoc with our plans. A perfect week
We had such a wonderful week at this lake house. The boys spent hours and hours out on the water with the kayaks and paddleboards. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck, listening to the birds and enjoying the view. Sunsets and smores over the fire were fun too! There was plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was well- stocked and the location was pefect. We were close enough to town to run and get groceries, but far enough away to relax. We really enjoyed hiking several locations within minutes of the house and had an easy drive to Seattle and Olympic National Park. Highly recommend this place and Tony was so helpful and easy to work with.

Wow!
The house was great, no problems. But the onsite activities were over the top! We made great use of the kayaks, peddle boat, standup paddle boards, hot tub and fire pit. So fun to fish from the dock and the boats. (Don't forget your teens SSN because you need it to buy a fishing license). We brought our own badminton set but I believe that was available at the house as well. Very nice for our diverse age range/interests to have so many choices without having to load up the car, rent gear, etc.

Family vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tony was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We were traveling with extended family and the room layout worked very nicely. The games & puzzles were a hit with the kids. We really appreciated the attention to detail…cold water in the fridge, plastic bags & laundry detergent, toiletries….it was just like being at home. A lot of rentals don’t include those conveniences & they really make a huge difference! The weather was cold so we didn’t take advantage of the water toys but we will when we return. Having throw blankets were very comfy (a nice bonus) and we enjoyed watching the eagles soar over the lake from the giant living room windows. We would have enjoyed a couple extra bed pillows but that’s the only thing we missed. We had a great time!

Wonderful house, great amenities and warm welcome
This house is wonderfully located on the lake shore. The place is quiet, the view is amazing from the terrace, where we enjoyed barbecue parties for our family dinners every night. Tony, the owner, did a great job refreshing this lake house : everything is modern and convenient, the hotbtub is great, you will find fishing poles and bait if you want to try it with one of the numerous kayaks available for you, or from the private deck. Board games, DVD, books and puzzles are available in the large TV room downstairs. Most importantly, what made a difference for us were the small attentions put everywhere for our arrival. Everything was "turnkey", which is really great when you come for vacations and arrive quite late like us. Cold water and drinks in the fridge, and a couple of special attentions. Tony makes himself available all the time, showed up in a very courteous and nice way during our first day to see if we needed something. It was very easy for us to make ourselves at home in this great house. We wanted to visit plenty of stuff before coming (we are from Paris, France) and we ended-up enjoying the house and the lake most of the time....probably what some would call real vacations, right? Go for it - no hesitations ! PS : by the way, who said that it was always raining in Seattle? :-) We got 6 days of sunny weather there, and temperatures between 85-90F!
