"Great hotel room and the building itself is beautiful to look at from the outside too. Staff is very kind too! Plus, awesome breakfast with a ton of options. The only thing is that it’s a little walk (~1.6km) from the Rho Fiera metro station which can just feel a bit exhausting after you spend the morning to night walking around Milan or after a day trip to another city. "The service was good, fast and straightforward. The location is good if you are attending an event at the Congress Centre opposite to the hotel. However, it isn’t great if you arrive at night in public transport. "

"Everything was great the only issue was housekeeping did not clean the room or replace the toilet paper clean the coffee cups and the coffee machine didn’t work. Spoke to reception and they did follow up the following day with better service "

Not NH Milano 2 Residence, even if that is your booking. The NH Milano has 2 sections Hotel and Residence. Both are hotel rooms but the NH Milano 2 Hotel is the Main entrance for both "
