"This was a good location. I stayed here with my mom. We found it convenient to walk into downtown from the hotel. I was happy that there was free off street parking. That was the deciding factor me in the end. The front desk provided excellent service. Every question I had, they were gracious and helpful. There are a few cosmetic issues - peeling plaster or paint in the shower in one room and a broken bedside light in the other, but the nice location and parking lot parking mattered WAY...

"This does appear to have once been a grand hotel, but it has since been neglected. While the entrance area and staircase still look impressive, the room was in poor repair, with a dated 1980s/90s feel. However, it was spacious, with a Nespresso coffee machine and two BBC English channels. The breakfast room was grim and the food average. Overall, too expensive for the poor quality. The hotel desperately needs money spending on it."

"Nice, Clean, Quiet, Modern Hotel for a stopover in Brest. We were touring around the Brittany Coast, and we stayed here for one night, on our way from Morlaix, en route to Quimper. This hotel has all you would expect from a Mercure. Location-wise, it is a 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from the city centre, and the start of the cafes (recommend Kafé Kanggui), coffee shops & shopping area that begins on Rue Louis Pasteur and runs up Rue Jean Jaurès. "

"Excellent service, room with only the exact space needed, but well equipped. Spacious and comfortable lobby. Delicious fresh breakfast. Parking lot two short blocks away, free, but not easy to stop at the front of the hotel."

"Merci à l'équipe. Discrete mais efficace . Le lit était très confortable, seule la tempête a perturber mon reveil, la chambre ideal pour moi, situé au 2 eme étage, cela m'a permis de ne pas prendre l'ascenceur- phobie-. Vue sur mer , dommage que les travaux du tramway gache l'environnement. "
