"Everything you need for a wind-down in the country. All you could need is provided in the clean and comfortable gite. Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. "The cottage was a lovely place to stay. The property was very quiet and presented exactly as the listing described. We had everything we required and everything was clean and tidy. The pool area was lovely. There wasnt really anything in the village but the nearest town was only 10 or so minutes away. There was a supermarket and petrol station and a market. "The gite was wonderful, everthing possible was there for the guests use….torch, matches, cleaning products, extra toilet rolls etc. We were welcomed with the most amazing pack of food products including beer & wine. The bed is super comfortable with additional blankets if needed, the large shower is great as well. The area/local towns were a little too quiet for us but we made the most of it….and it is out of season. "

"We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much."
