Excellent location for climbing and cycling
Lovely chalet in a great location for summer cycling, climbing and running. Added to that all the available walks and closeness to Briancon for cultural activities made it a fantastic trip in early summer 2022.

Great chalet within easy reach of the ski slopes
The chalet catered easily for two families. There were enough bedrooms and space to fully enjoy the open layout of this chalet. The downstairs garage was a hit with the children playing ping pong every night and other various games. The chalet is only 1km to the main bubble car for skiing and we parked at the station which was only 28 euros for 7 days. We had a quiet week and found a parking space easily. Easy parking at the chalet for two cars and access in and out was good. I would highly recommend this chalet and would go there again. Mr Launay next door is a great help if needed. Very friendly.

Beau chalet, bien situé
Le chalet est bien situé à l’entrée de Briançon pour aller facilement dans différentes vallées. Les ados ont apprécié la table de ping pong et le baby foot. Les 2 points négatifs: le balcon/terrasse est très agréable mais il manque une table de jardin pour 8/10 pers. Quel dommage! Le lit en 160 est très inconfortable, le sommier devrait être changé. Mis à part ces 2 points, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce chalet.

MTB und Kletterurlaub
Sehr angenehme, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr günstige Lage für diverse MTB und Kletterausflüge. Die großzügige Garage war für die Räder und Klettersusrüstung perfekt. Kleine Ausnahme in dem Bild ist die Luftlinie ca. 300m entfernte Haupstraße nach Briancon ( die Geräusche dringen zeitweisezum Haus durch) , aber dafür ist man halt auch schnell unterwegs.

Très beau chalet de montagne
Les petits et grands ont adoré tous les jeux mis à disposition dans ce très beau chalet (pétanque, badminton, ping-pong, baby-foot...), bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter la région. Nous avons été conseillés par les propriétaires lors de la préparation du séjour et bien accueillis sur place. Nous recommandons.

Great house in a fantastic area
We had a great stay. Both the house and the surrounding area were fantastic. The matras on the double bed downstairs could maybe be replaced. It was not that comfortable for us. But this was more than compensated by the rest of the house and surroundings.

De chalet is fantastisch, alle nodige uitrusting is voorzien. Het is een rustige buurt en verder is alles van winkels dicht in de buurt en vlot bereikbaar. Als ik dan toch enkele minpuntjes wil vermelden: de tuin mistonderhoud, het gras stond een halve meter hoog en in volle bloei. De hottub was niet gereinigd, bij opstart stonk het water verschrikkelijk. ik heb alles gereinigd (inclusief leidingen) en voorzien van chloor; ik heb de over gebleven chloortabletten in de chalet gelaten. Verder hadden we er een fantastisch verblijf, we komen zeker nog eens terug. groeten Henny en Evelyne

Très beau chalet proche des commodites. Tout confort La personne qui gère l’accueil, les petits soucis est super réactive et agréable. Peut être juste revoir la taille de la table extérieure de l’étage et le nombre de chaises en plastique( 2 chaises cassées.) Très bon séjour à refaire!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce chalet, très confortable, très bien equipé , et situé à 5 minutes du centre ville de Briançon. Superbe vallée à découvrir. Chalet cosy et spacieux à 5 minutes des télécabines du Prorel !
Mr Crépin est un hôte qui sait anticiper les besoins des vacanciers et qui reste réactif. La pièce à vivre du chalet est accueillante (canapés et fauteuils confortables, température douillette, poêle, cuisine très bien équipée, lumière grâce à ses baies vitrées exposées plein sud). Les couchages sont parfaitement répartis dans 3 chambres aux vrais rangements, aux lits confortables et un dortoir qui plaît aux plus jeunes. 2 SDB, 2 toilettes - pratiques quand on est nombreux. Le jardin est étendu et clos (pratique pour les voyageurs à 4 pattes), très très bien exposé et on peut aussi s’amuser à l’intérieur : ping-pong, baby-foot - et bientôt un sauna 😳: on reviendra ! Un excellent séjour 😃

Rustig me omgeving. Prachtig uitzicht
Vriendelijk ontvangen. Vanuit balkon en terras prachtig uitzicht. 4 bedden op de overloop is krap met weinig bergruimte. Huis was netjes en gezellig. Genoeg parkeerplekken. Centraal gelegen voor activiteiten.
