"The good: valet parking is $20 less than other hotels in downtown. The front desk, breakfast crew and especially the valet were really hospitable! The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was clean. Big bathroom and shower which is nice. The bad: The room to our door was jammed so it was really difficult to pull open and close, especially with a toddler. We had a 1 bedroom and The AC came from the bedroom. So the bedroom was super warm but the living room would be cold. The living room couch was...

My only complaint was the valet was a long wait despite having multiple people working. When paying $57 a night mandated to use valet, I don't want to wait for 30 minutes. Offering a self parking option would be great. Other than that we had a great stay"
