"Very nice hotel, quiet, but with a nice restaurant for breakfast and a good bar to watch the superbowl. Everyone was very accommodating. Only downside, not liable to the hotel, were all the construction works around that made Uber drivers to circle around causing delays."

"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"

"We arrived in Miami early and when I contacted the Hotel to adk if we could check in early, the answer was a cheery "we have your room ready now." Parking was easy. The parking attendants took care with our car and escorted us to the front desk and our room. Excellent customer service. The room was extremely clean and beautiful. No view worth noting out out window but there was zero outside noise in the room. Located 2 blocks from multiple restaurants, walking was easy. Will stay again. "
