"Tony runs the place and was very welcoming. It is a lovely property in a wonderful setting with plenty of parking for guests. I had a really nice room with a great shower and very comfy bed. The place is very near to some good dining options for the evening. Cooked breakfast was ok but overall a very pleasant stay which I would use again for sure."

"A good hotel that I have stayed in before. Staff are very friendly. Food in restaurant very good. Room in coach house overdue for a deep clean and a refresh but comfortable. Bathroom spacious and worked well but again a deep clean needed. Some slight mould around. "

"Stayed in the gypsy caravan. It was beautiful, peaceful and perfect for a night away. The little kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge and there's a shower and toilet in the same little outbuilding. Beautiful enclosed/ private garden with fantastic views - could see for miles as it was a sunny day. Would definitely stay again!"

"Unfortunately Hotels dot com double booked the room so my "guaranteed" booking was in fact not guaranteed and I had no bed for the night!! H.C knew about the lack of availability 2 days before I was told (1 hour before check in). So, with no time to find a alternative my weekend was ruined. I must stress this has nothing to do with the hotel, I just suggest you use a different company to book. "
