"The location of Ms. Jay's place is unbeatable! My group and I were in town for an event in the Total Mortgage Arena. The drive was 5 minutes max! Ms. Jay is great with communication. She was always available for any questions. The apartment is very homey, cozy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and it has everything you might need. (We would just recommend some mirrors in the bedrooms). The place is next to a very busy street which there is always a lot of noise, especially at night. One...

"The property is exactly as advertised and some of the additions make this rental unique. One of my favorites was the adjustable bed. The apartment was a five minute walk from the university and I never walked more than five minutes to get food. My husband said the area was very accessible. I would definitely recommend!"

However, he did provide us with accommodations (although not the 3-bedroom we signed up for) in another property he owned and gave us a $75 discount. That was a nice gesture, but we would not have stayed there unless we were in a bind."
