A two bedroom, two bathroom property in a secluded development between Lyme Regis and Charmouth, with access to a communal pool, BBQ with beautiful lake and woodlands walks.
Size: sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms Beds:  1 x king size and 2 x singles Rooms: Living/dining room, kitchen, G/F bathroom, 2 x bedrooms and 1 x ensuite Kitchen and Utilities:  fridge, dual oven/microwave, a good sized freezer Entertainment: TV,DVD,CD player Outside:  Garden with patio seating area to rear of property Parking: Off road parking General: WiFi, non-smoking, linen/towels provided (please bring your own beach towels) Pets: No Notes: Please take care with children around the pool and lake
Outdoor swimming pool: Non-residents may book a 50min slot the day before/on the day, by calling 01297 560518 between 10am-12midday and making a non-refundable payment of £2 per person (adult or child). Maximum 1 slot per household per day. No other form of communication will be accepted. Phones will be switched off outside these times or when the allocation is full. Access via the reception of the Fernhill Heights hotel (open May-September).
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
